RECENT CHILL TOWER AIR CONDITIONING BREAK DOWN: Last month we
experienced a breakdown with the Chill Tower. A temporary repair was
made but we are working on a getting a complete replacement at an
acceptable cost. We will update all residents as soon as we have all the
SUMMER TEMPERATURES – TIME TO THINK ABOUT MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
OF INDIVIDUAL A/C SYSTEMS Please have your AC units and or air handlers
(that service only your unit) inspected before the summer heat arrives!

ANNUAL AUDIT: Your Board has engaged a local auditing company to
complete the 1st annual audit in September 2015. As a courtesy from the
Board, all Marble Arch community legal documents, minutes and
financial balance reports are posted on the Marble Arch public website
for your viewing anytime 24/7.
IMPORTANT SECURITY MATTER
We have had a quiet time for the last four months, since installing security
cameras and hiring Security Guards to patrol our location. Unfortunately
just recently we had an attempted home break-in as well as an
attempted car break-in. Neither attempt was successful. Your Board had
a meeting and voted to alternate the security patrol times so that we
have patrols both day and night. If you, homeowners, see anything
suspicious do not approach that person or persons yourself, instead you
should immediately call 9-1-1 and the onsite security company at 281-748-
We have requested bids for replacing plants lost from the work on
subsidence. We are also looking into landscaping for other areas on the
property where grass is in poor shape, etc. If you know of an area that
needs attention please contact Genesis.
Next on the agenda is replacing the rotted wood areas on the complex.
Our maintenance man, Carlos, has a full workload already so we are
looking into hiring a temporary contractor for this work. Please report any
areas in need of repair/replacement to Genesis.
PAYMENT OF MAINTENANCE DUES:
It has come to our attention that some homeowners have still been
sending their monthly maintenance dues to the old on-site office. Checks
will not be accepted if mailed to the old address. Notices from Genesis
were mailed out last year in April of 2014. All checks should be payable to
Marble Arch Townhomes and mailed directly to:

TREES: You may have noticed that some of the trees on the property have
been banded for removal. These trees are causing serious foundation
problems and need to be removed. We will be replacing all the trees being
removed, with non-evasive trees.
ONSITE CLEANING OF FOYERS & LAUNDRY ROOMS: We are presently
collecting bids for a cleaning service to keep all 14 foyers and 5 laundry
rooms clean. We hope to have a regular service starting soon.
