The Board of Directors has contracted with Genesis Community Management, Inc. to manage the property. They have over 30 years experience and hundreds of other customers. You may have already received a welcome letter and your statement of account for April. Genesis will be handling collection of maintenance fees. Please mail your dues to Genesis or drop them off in person. Work orders can be submitted online or they can be called in to Genesis.
Additionally, we have a new on-site maintenance man, Carlos Ramierez. Carlos and Norm will be working on general maintenance with priority given to work orders and emergencies. They will be on-site from 9-5 Monday to Friday. We have made these changes in order to improve the level of service on the property. If you have submitted a work order, we would love for you to take a short survey and tell us about your experience so we can make changes as needed.
